Today, Hotelier Middle East can reveal the top five candidates shortlisted for two more of the Caterer Middle East Awards 2011 categories: Waiter of the Year and Sommelier of the Year.

Like us, you’re probably eager to find out which of the following shortlisted sommeliers will be feeling drunk with success at this year’s awards, and what makes our five captains of the kitchen stand out from the crowd?
