The five chefs shortlisted for the Caterer Middle East Awards 2011 Chef of the Year – Hotel Restaurant can finally be identified.

The talented chefs going head-to-head for the title are as follows:

• John Cordeaux, executive chef, Fairmont Bab Al Bahr, Abu Dhabi

• Anston Fivas, executive chef, Ibn Battuta Gater Hotel & West 14th Steak House

• Joji Joshua, executive chef, Riyadh Conference Palace

• Scott Price, executive chef, Verre by Gordon Ramsay, Hilton Dubai Creek
