The region’s hottest drinking spots have been named by the Caterer Middle East Awards 2011 team.

They are:

• Barasti, Le Meridien Mina Seyahi Beach Resort and Marina, Dubai

• Breezes Beach Bar and Terrace, Hilton Fujairah Resort

• Cooper’s Restaurant, Park Rotana Abu Dhabi

• Okku Dubai, The Monarch Dubai

• Sublime Bar and Lounge, Ibis World Trade Centre Plaza, Dubai
