New employee development director at Beach Rotana

Beach Rotana Abu Dhabi has Mohamed El Bardai as the new director of employee development.

Mohamed El Bardai will be in charge of training of all employees at Beach Rotana.

He has 19 years of work experience, and has worked with multicultural professionals in various countries, including the US, Egypt, and Saudi Arabia.

Prior to joining the Rotana family, El Bardai was the training manager for two Rosewood properties in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

He has also held posts at the Grand Hyatt Cairo and Best Western Hotels, Chicago.
