Grosvenor House, Dubai, has opened the first of four new dining outlets planned for its newly-launched Tower Two.
Toro Toro (meaning bull) is a new dining concept developed by Latin American Chef Richard Sandoval. The restaurant offers varied dining experiences that span over two floors on the marina’s edge.
Deemed by the hotel the first pan-Latin restaurant and lounge of its kind in the UAE, Toro Toro features flavors from across South America including; Brazil, Peru, Argentina and Colombia.
“Toro Toro’s unique concept and menu pays homage to the warmth of Latin American hospitality and the tradition of lively, family-style dining. We have developed a menu that combines flavours from every corner of South America and every guest will find dishes that they have never even heard of before. Toro Toro will be a culinary education for all and I look forward to sharing the rich and diverse specialties South America has to offer,” Richard Sandoval.
Complex General Manager of Grosvenor House Dubai and Le Royal Méridien Beach Resort and Spa Pam Wilby added: “It is with great enthusiasm that we launch yet another venture in partnership with Richard Sandoval. Following on the heels of our first successful collaboration, the popular Mexican restaurant Maya by Richard Sandoval at Le Royal Méridien, we are very pleased to be launching Toro Toro.
