JW Marriott Dubai appoints new GM

The JW Marriott Dubai hotel has appointed Richard Scoble as general manager.

A 35-year hotel veteran, Scoble has extensive experience in hotel operations and multiple-unit management.

As GM, he will be responsible for the hotel’s operations and management.

Since 1982, Scoble has held several general-manager positions in the UK, with increasing responsibility with Trusthouse Forte, Moat House Hotels and Swallow Hotels. He has also previously worked with Marriott in the UK.
