Hotelier's top fitness & recreation experts named

Hotelier Middle East Staff, October 9th, 2011

Today, we can today exclusively reveal the shortlisted nominees for Hotelier Middle East’s Fitness and Recreation Person of the Year 2011.

For the Fitness and Recreation Person of the Year Award, Hotelier is looking for a winner committed to the health and fitness industry and focused on the business performance of their health club and leisure facilities.

Enthusiasm for sports and solid experience in the leisure industry is essential, as is creativity and the ability to drive revenue. In addition, how have they ensured their department is integrated with the rest of the hotel and driven training and qualifications among their staff?

There were some excellent nominees, and the judges had a tough time choosing from all the entries. But in the end, the following five candidates stood out the most. The winner will be announced at the Hotelier Middle East Awards 2011 ceremony on October 19, at Madinat Jumeirah Dubai.
