Five F&B managers compete in Hotelier Awards 2011

Hotelier Middle East Staff, October 13th, 2011

The top five nominees for the Hotelier Middle East Awards F&B Manager of the Year 2011, sponsored by Acqua Panna / San Pellegrino can finally be named.

Food and figures must be equal passions for the F&B Manager of the Year, tasked with managing the department that in the Middle East is often as important as rooms when it comes to revenue generation.

Again leadership is critical, as is creativity, confidence and commitment. Our F&B experts in the shortlist are business strategists all responsible for large operations and therefore large teams and their approach to employee management formed a major part of the shortlisting process.

F&B is results driven, so Hotelier was also looking for evidence of how budgets have been achieved and forecasts topped.
