Radisson Blu DMC opens Latin-themed dining night

Chef’s House at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Media City has launched a new theme night – ‘Latino Loco’, bringing diners some of the most famous dishes from South America.

The hotel invites diners every Wednesday to embrace the Latino spirit at Chef’s House with easy, fun and exciting food including a variety of tortillas, quesadillas, burritos, salsas and other condiments.

The South American cuisine is well known for its flavours, colourful decoration and variety of spices and ingredients, most of which are native to the country.

Meat lovers can enjoy the famous South American ‘La Parilla’ and a live Fajita station whileeveryone with a sweet tooth can indulge in desserts such as the famed dulce de leche.

Following the ‘Latino Loco’ dining experience, guests can head up to the hotel's Tamanya Terrace for ‘Favela Chic in Latin Groove’, a mixture of Latin music including Salsa, Meringue and Samba played by DJ AnOn and percussion by Hush from 9pm onwards.

Prices are AED 135 per person for full buffet including soft drinks and AED 180 per person for full buffet including house beverages.
