TripAdvisor launches hotline for angry hoteliers

Online travel review company TripAdvisor has launched a dedicated hotline for hoteliers wanting to discuss reviewed posted on the site that they consider to be unfair or defamatory. 

The hotline is currently live for TripAdvisors UK and Italian websites, with plans to open it to all its websites including those in the Middle East in the next few months, according to media reports. 

The move comes following increasing scrutiny of the veracity of reviews on TripAdvisor.
