The chief concierge at La Cigale hotel in Doha has been awarded the coveted ‘Golden Keys’ by the international concierge network, Les Clefs d’Or.

Nizar Saidi, who has worked in the five-star hotel industry for 16 years, was recognised by Les Clefs d’Or for his quality of service to guests.

He is now a fully pledged member of Les Clefs d’Or.

Saidi received his ‘Golden Keys' pin, the international symbol designating membership of Les Clefs d’Or, under the auspices of Ibrahim Yakoot, Department of Tourism – Dubai - director corporate training development and in the presence of Charles Ferrer, Les Clefs d’Or UAE president, Harold Abonitalla, Les Clefs d’Or UAE secretary general representative and the “Qatar Concierge Society” executive committee.

The Qatar Concierge Society was founded in August 2010 with the aim to train concierges to be members of Les Clef d’Or and highlight Qatar on the tourism map.
