Balance Cafe to offer door-to-door diet dishes

Balance Café, part of the Landmark Group’s revolutionary wellness concept, has launched the delivery of client-specific meals to homes and offices as part of its aim to help patrons enjoy a balanced diet that suits individual metabolic requirements.

Offering a combination of health and affordability, the meal plans from Balance Café eliminate the need to measure calorie intake and portion sizes.

Trained experts at the café put together platters that include dishes such as baked chicken roulade, low-calorie lemon tarts, salads and a mixed variety of soups. Personalised menus that are diabetic-friendly, cholesterol-free or suitable for weight loss are also available on request.

The Balance Café offers a fusion of traditional Ayurvedic concepts and macrobiotic foods with contemporary cooking styles to develop customised and healthy dishes. These meals are available at prices starting from AED90 per day, which includes a three-course lunch and a two-course dinner delivered to your home or office.
