Certo at Radisson DMC brings in new outlet manager

Claudio Corallo, an Italian national, has been appointed as restaurant manager of Certo Italian Restaurant at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Media City.

François Galoisy, the hotel's general manage commented: “Claudio has worked in various hotels in Italy, China and the UAE and his international experience will be a great asset to the Certo team."

Claudio will team up with Italian Chef Daniele, who also just recently joined the team at Certo.
