Can Can Brasserie

The Ritz-Carlton DIFC

The Ritz-Carlton Dubai International Finance Centre’s all-day dining restaurant, Can Can Brasserie has put a French twist on brunch, with chef de cuisine Philippe focussing on classics such as charcuterie, artisan terrines, sausages and specialty cheeses. Children will also be entertained by cooking classes with the chef, games, face painting and a bouncy castle.

Chef Philippe said: “My favourite memories are coming home from school to find my mother and grandmother in the kitchen and the house filled with the smell of home-cooking. I hope we can create these traditions and memories for our guests at The Ritz-Carlton.”
