Emirates Airline on Tuesday launched a three-day sale offering customers discounts of up to 30 percent to selected destinations across its network.
Available on selected return Business Class and Economy Class tickets to 40 destinations worldwide, the sale is valid for booking until February 9, the Dubai-based carrier said in a statement.
To avail of this offer, outbound travel must commence on or before June 10, it added.
The airline said some of the most popular destinations included in the offer are expected to be London, Dallas, Zurich, Beirut, Bangkok, Karachi, Paris and Mumbai.
A number of Emirates’ newest destinations are also included in the offer such as Dallas, Seattle, Rio de Janeiro and Buenos Aires.
Khalid Bel Jaflah, Emirates vice president Commercial Sales UAE, said: “Whether travelling for leisure or business, our three day sale provides customers with the opportunity to reach their desired destination for less.”
Earlier on Tuesday, Emirates hired three local banks to arrange a AED1.9bn ($517.3m) Islamic loan facility to finance three aircraft, the chief executive of one of the banks said.
The Dubai government-owned airline has asked Dubai Islamic Bank, Ajman Bank and Al Hilal Bank to arrange the financing deal for two Airbus A380 superjumbos and one Boeing 777-300, Mohamed Berro, chief executive of Abu Dhabi government-owned Al Hilal Bank told Reuters.
