Minor Hotel Group appoints senior VP

Michael Marshall has joined Minor Hotel Group as senior vice president of commercial operations, based in Bangkok.

He joins the company from Millennium Hotels where he was vice president of sales and marketing for the Middle East and Africa.

Prior to this, he had worked for Intercontinental for 16 years, from 1989 to 2005, finally becoming director of marketing programs for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Marshall said: “I am excited to have recently joined the team at Minor Hotel Group and to be based in such a vibrant city as Bangkok. The company has big growth ambitions, so I am joining at an exciting time and I’m looking forward to helping in that growth process.”
