Accor has opened its first Pullman-branded hotel in Marrakech, set in the 17 hectare olive grove, La Palmeraie.
The hotel includes 252 rooms, each with its own balcony or terrace, including 16 suites. The Pullman Marrakech Palmeraie Resort & Spa also features six restaurants, including an a la carte Mediterranean outlet, piano bar and traditional tea room.
Xavier Louyot, senior vice president global marketing for Pullman, said: “We are very pleased to announce the opening of the Pullman Marrakech Palmeraie Resort & Spa. This hotel, which has been entirely refurbished, is part of our strategy of expansion in the world’s key business and tourism hubs. Our aim is to offer our clientele of seasoned travellers even greater choice.”
The hotel caters to business guests with nine meeting rooms, as well as a 535m² congress room. Elsewhere, there is a 430m² pool and two tennis courts.
In the resort, located 30 minutes from the airport, will also include a 500m² ‘Fit and Spa Lounge’, offering a range of treatments in two individual massage cabins, two double massage cabins and two body scrub cabins.
There is also a kids’ club, which features a theatre, farm and karting circuit.
