Ramada Downtown appoints new front office manager

Khaled Rageh has become front office manager at Ramada Downtown Dubai after joining the property in 2011.

Rageh has more than 10 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, having graduated in hotel management. He worked in several positions in Sharm El Sheikh, before moving to Dubai in 2002 to be a part of the pre-opening team for Safir International Hotels and Coral International Hotels.

After working at Bab Al Shams Desert Resort & Spa and Jebel Ali International Hotels at Oasis Beach Resort in front office positions, he moved the Kempinski as assistant front office manager.

Wael El Behi, executive assistant manager, said: “We are pleased to welcome Mr. Rageh to our team. He brings to Ramada Downtown a wealth of skills and contacts in the hospitality and tourism industries that are important tools in achieving our business goals. His team will be the face of the property so I’m sure he will be instrumental in setting up and follow through of the hotel’s standards throughout the front office department.”
