VIDEO: Caterer Conference 2012 highlights

The first Caterer Middle East Conference concluded on March 19, deemed an overwhelming success by industry visitors and exhibitors.

More than 200 chefs and F&B industry professionals turned out for the one-day interactive event held between nine and five at Jumeirah Beach Hotel in Dubai.

The day involved a series of panel sessions debating topical issues and featuring prestigious industry speakers, as well as practical workshops addressing everyday challenges.
