The company’s third hotel will be the Ayla Grand Hotel, to open in Al Kuwaitat in the emirate early in 2014. The property will feature 220 rooms and 60 furnished apartments.

Mohamed Soussan, general manager, said: “We are bringing the new era of hospitality in the Oasis city of Al-Ain with different undertones to match the various demands of the weekenders, regular and long term guests under one roof with more choices of services and facilities.”

He added: “Our aim is to be the favourite choice for customers who are seeking comfort, value for money and high quality and we will be working to build the loyalty programs for our repeated and long term guests so they may get more rewards and facilities for being with Ayla.”

The company’s current hotel, the Ayla Hotel, also in Al Ain, is celebrating being open for a year, and, since March 2011 has grown to become the second best in the city, in terms of revenue generation index.

The dry, 153-room hotel is averaging around a 70% occupancy rate, targeting mainly visitors from the GCC.

Soussan said: “We understood that the clients of Dubai and Abu Dhabi are different from the clients of Al-Ain. In Al-Ain we have mostly family-oriented guests which are traditional and cultural, so we are providing them a proper platform where the locals and expats may find all the luxuries which suits their trends, and, on other hand, we fulfil the business needs of our different profiled guests.”
