IHG and Muscat Golf Course Project announced yesterday (April 29) the signing of a 20-year managment agreement for the luxury InterContinental Muscat Hills Gof Resort in Oman.
When it opens in 2015, the hotel will form part of the Muscat Hills Golf and Country Club, a 1.2 million sq m development, including residential villas and apartments, an 18-hole championship golf course, country club and hotel.

Owner of the Muscat Hills Golf and Country Club HH Rawy Kais Al-Said added: "With InterContinental onboard I have every confidence the resort will continue to go from strength to strength".
