Hospitality Management Holdings (HMH) has added three more hotels to its portfolio in the UAE and Oman.

The Ewa Deira Dubai and EWA Hotel Ajman have already opened, with the Ewa Hotel Mahda in Oman expected to open ‘soon’ according to the firm.

“Ewa is a fantastic brand offering the right mix of facilities and services. The mid-market accommodations remain a niche segment with very limited supply against significant demand, said Michel Noblet, president & CEO, HMH.

“Of the vast supply of hotel accommodation of 210,000 hotel rooms in the Middle East region, the budget range accounts for a meager 3000 rooms while mid-scale a mere 11 per cent thus offering massive opportunities. Our strategy is to expand more in this lucrative sector that holds and enormous potential for growth,” Noblet added.

Ewa Deira Dubai includes 76 well-appointed rooms and suites, an all-day-dining restaurant, lobby lounge, roof-top swimming pool and business facilities.

Ewa Hotel Ajman features 108 apartments including 72 one-bedroom apartments and 36 two-bedroom apartments. Each unit offers a spacious living room, dining area and fully-equipped kitchen. In room amenities include high-speed internet access, refrigerator, satellite TV, iron / board, hair-dryer and tea / coffee station.

In its mountain location close to Al Buraimi in Iman and Al Ain in the UAE, Ewa Mahdha Hotel has 48 keys comprising rooms, suites and family-chalets.

Noblet said: “Once the domain of business travellers, serviced apartments now offer a stylish and spacious alternative to hotels, ideal for both short and long-term guests and are often preferred by GCC travellers”.
