Hospitality Management Holdings (HMH) announced at the Arabian Travel Market the completion of Corp Executive Hotel Al Khoory.
Owned by Mohammed Tayyeb Khoory and Sons, the hotel is slated to welcome its first guests later this month.
Michel Noblet, President & CEO, HMH, said that Dubai continued to be “a core focus for our group”.
“It is an exciting time for hotel development in the city. The emirate witnessed considerable improvement in RevPAR during the first quarter of 2012,” he explained.
“The growing regional demand and broadening market represents an unprecedented opportunity and we are proud to be working once again with Mohammed Tayyeb Khoory and Sons. We have enjoyed a fabulous relation with the company since the launch of Coral Al Khoory Hotel Apartments in Al Barsha nearly five years ago and have other exciting projects under negotiation that will be unveiled shortly. The Corp brand has been extremely well received in the region and is a perfect fit for the hotel.”
Managing Director, Mohammed Tayyeb Khoory and Sons, Abdullah Al Khoory, said the company was delighted to be associated once again with HMH for the management.
“The hotel has been designed to cater to the specific needs of the target market and provides the perfect balance between working and relaxing,” he added.
Boasting 208 deluxe and superior rooms (including 16 suites), the property is equipped with the latest technology and facilities. The hotel will feature conference space for up to 150 delegates, multi-cuisine all-day-dining restaurant, lobby lounge, covered underground parking for up to 94 cars, and fitness centre. Additional facilities include swimming pool and male and female sauna plus steam room.
