Abu Dhabi's leaning hotel launches new bar

Housed inside the World's furthest leaning building, Hyatt Capital Gate hotel in Abu Dhabi will launch its new Prive bar on May 23.

The menu at Privé is inspired by comfort food as well as the Italian homeland of executive sous chef Ivan Musoni, featuring dishes such as hot dog with beef frank (AED50) and pizza margherita (AED55), grilled ciabatta sandwiches (AED60) and Curry Wurst (AED50) – a German favourite.

“Conveying a style that can be best described as ‘casual luxury’, Privé complements the iconic design of Hyatt Capital Gate Abu Dhabi, promising an experience like no other,” says Ashwini Kumar, general manager of Hyatt Capital Gate Abu Dhabi.

Premium pours hail from France, Italy and South Africa while cocktails remain true to long-loved classics.

The interior features specially designed furnishings made of "eye-popping colours" and exotic wood, alongside plush cyan armchairs and solid wood from the Philippines.

Privé is open Sunday to Friday from 7 pm to12am. Guests can enjoy 'three for two' on selected beverages until September 1.

Located in Abu Dhabi’s iconic Capital Gate building, certified by the Guinness Book of World Records as the ‘World’s Furthest Leaning Tower’, Privé lies adjacent to the salons on the Mezzanine floor of the hotel.
