Le Gray concierge becomes Les Clefs d'Or member

Firas Musharafieh, head concierge at Le Gray, in Beirut, has become a member of the prestigious Les Clefs d’Or.

Musharafieh joined the hotel as part of its pre-opening team, and has since been promoted to head concierge. The property is located in downtown Beirut, in Martyr’s Square and run by CampbellGray hotels, which also has a property in Antigua, Carlisle Bay.

Gordon Campbell Gray, chairman of CampbellGray Hotels, said: “I am absolutely delighted that our head concierge Firas Musharafieh has been admitted to the Clefs d’Or. This is the highest of accolades in a department which can so greatly influence the guest’s stay and make such a difference to their experience.”

Les Clefs d’Or is an organisation which recognises concierges in the industry based on their quality of service, commitment and passion. It was formed in France in 1929 has since seen regional groups form globally.
