Fairmont Hotels & Resorts opened its first hotel in India today with the opening of Fairmont Jaipur.
Located in the famed ‘Pink City', Fairmont Jaipur is situated with India’s Golden Triangle, a geographic region home to the Taj Mahal.
The design of the 255-room hotel is a modern take on the traditional Mughal palace and the hotel will offer a rnagle of experiences inspired by the destination, from tea in the gardens to Rajasthan dance shows.
Facilities include 5500m² of meeting space, the Fairmont Gold club level and a 1300m² Willow Stream Spa, due to come on line later this year.
Restaurants comprise Zarin, an Indian speciality outlet; Anjum, a tea lounge complete with live Masala Chai station; Aaza, the hotel’s regency style library bar; and Cigar Diwan, a classic smoking room.
Fairmont Jaipur is offering an introductory ‘Seeing is Believing’ package featuring a third night complimentary when two are booked, with package rates starting at INR 5000 per person.
