Dubai gourmet grocer Milk & Honey has donated 'super food' products to fuel team 'Arctic Xtreme' as it takes part in the Polar Ice Marathon 'known as the coolest marathon' in Greenland in Octobar.
Team Arctic Xtreme comprises Diarmuid O'Malley and Neil Munro who will run the 42km marathon in freezing conditions to raise funds for the Christina Noble Children's Foundation (CNCF), helping underprivileged children in Vietnam.
Milk & Honey, which was recently awarded the 'Golden Heart' for its contribution to the Christina Noble Children’s foundation, has even offered its freezer room in the Palm Jumeirah store for the pair to train in.
The grocer also gave the higest monetary donation to date for the Arctix Xtreme team.
The team has a target to raise US $50,000 to help build 'Sunshine School' in Vietnam.
