Caterer Middle East reveals region's top 10 chefs

Over the course of this week (starting August 26) Caterer Middle East will reveal the finalists in each of the 14 awards categories ahead of the grand ceremony on September 26, 2012 at Jumeirah Emirates Towers in Dubai.

The Caterer Middle East team has whittled down more than 200 people and outlet awards nominations to come up with the 75 best entries.

These top 75 nominations will now be handed over to the expert judging panel to choose the winning 14.

The 10 finalists in the Chef of the Year - Hotel Restaurant and Chef of the Year - Standalone Restaurant have been announced today.
