Traders Hotel Dubai has upgraded its broadband internet facilities for its 250 rooms to now have WiFi connectivity.
Since 2009 the property has offered complimentary internet access to all guests, but through a wired connection in-room, with WiFi only available in public areas.
"As technology gets more advanced with sophisticated, handheld devices a norm in our daily lives, it is important for us to keep up with the times,” said Traders Hotel Dubai general manager, Stephan Kapek.
“As one of the few hotel groups in Dubai to offer this service, I believe it gives us an added edge and sets us apart from our competitors,” he added.
The hotel is part of the Hong Kong-based Shangri-La group.
