Monte-Carlo Beach Club, Saadiyat, has announced a new range of luxury offers, including a re-launched brunch and brand new degustation menu, for the winter season.
The brunch in the signature restaurant Le Deck has been rejuvenated by head chef Matthew Goodlet, with a mix of Mediterranean and Asian foods. Sixteen different dishes are served tapas-style at the table, with the menu changing each week.
The brunch creator, Chef Goodlet, said the idea is “to spend a lazy afternoon enjoying the beautiful surroundings and sampling the range of Mediterranean dishes - with a hint of Asian influences thrown in for good measure”.

“The new winter brunch concept focuses more on the fine details and flavors of this season’s ingredients,” he continued.
“We’ve meticulously engineered our new cycle menus to introduce a new approach into contemporary dining. Modern, clean and fresh are the exact words to describe it. It is a compilation of classic and new dishes presented in a modern gastronomic style which gives a burst of exquisite textures and fine flavours.
"Before summer we were seeing a lot of guests return each week because they have finally found a brunch that is done differently. Above all, the fact is that here all you have to do is take a seat, you don't even have to order. We take care of everything.”
A new pricing structure for the brunch has also been announced: Soft Package AED 235; Bubbly Package AED 365; and French Bubbly Package AED 415.
In addition to this, visitors can benefit from a ‘Friday at Monte-Carlo’ package, which offers brunch plus a full day pass.
Day-pass members can make the most of the pool, spa and beach facilities, and then spend the afternoon at brunch. The Friday at Monte-Carlo price packages are: Soft Package AED 635; Bubbly Package AED 765; and French Bubbly Package AED 815.
Chef Goodlet added: "It's the perfect way to catch up with your family and friends. Food is one of the most aggregating things in life and the Monte-Carlo Beach Club, Saadiyat, is the perfect setting."
Also new to Le Deck – to launch at the end of September - is a degustation menu offering six courses accompanied by a selected beverage designed to complement each dish. The degustation experience is priced at AED 399 for the six courses, with a beverage served with each course.
