Rio Ferdinand has been spotted checking in to Jumeirah’s Zabeel Saray hotel in Dubai.
The British football star is no stranger to the emirate, after him and his England teammates spent five days at Jumeirah Beach Resort in the run up to the World Cup.
During that trip, Ferdinand was seen partying in nightclubs on the first night until 3am, but such escapades may be off the cards this trip, as his Manchester United team have fixtures against both Stoke City in the English Premier League and Sporting Braga in the UEFA Cup group stages next week.
The property has also been in the headlines recently after other celebrities stayed there - most notably Nicole Scherzinger and Ne-Yo while they filmed scenes for X Factor in the UK. It was also used for scenes from the film Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol.
