Raffles Dubai to hold careers day on December 15

The five-star Raffles Dubai will hold a careers open day on December 15 from 9am to 3pm in the hotel’s ballroom.

The property currently has 16 vacancies in F&B, rooms, engineering, spa and security, but will also be searching for talent for future employment opportunities, according to HR director Melissa Salibi.

Candidates can pre-register by emailing a copy of their CV, plus the position they would like to apply for, to career.dubai@raffles.com

“We will have a table where the pre-registered candidates can go and they’ll be fast-tracked [through the registration process]. Then there’ll be another area where the ones that didn’t register can go through the interviews as well,’ explained Salibi.

“We’ve have our HR interviews first, then from there the candidates will be sent to the specific department for interviews with the department heads,” she added.

Salibi said job offers would not be made at the careers days, as following on from interviews all candidates would be required to complete a straightforward online assessment.

Raffles Dubai is the pyramid-shaped hotel ocated within the Wafi development on Sheikh Rashid Road.
