Soho Bar & Grill set for Dubai's Century Village

CHI Hospitality has announced the launch of the new bar and restaurant Soho Bar and Grill in Century Village, Dubai on February 7 2013.

The New York style bar and eatery has an indoor and outdoor area that can seat up to 170 people.

Soho Bar & Grill will offer high quality steaks, ribs, handmade burgers and bar bites. Dining options will include beef ribs and wagyu burgers, New York cut steaks and prime Australian wagyu steaks.

“We are thrilled to be bringing something that is this fresh and forward thinking to the market place. We chose Century Village as the first location for Soho Grill because of its dynamic neighborhood comprising people who desire something uplifting, unique and varied,” said Ara Nakhnikian, the CEO of CHI Hospitality.

The brand and interior design of the new Soho Bar & Grill has been developed by Keane Brands, also responsible for the design of places such as 1762, the creators of Left bank and Bliss.

“Soho Bar & Grill offers the market an upbeat and current eating and drinking experience,” noted Howard Johnson, the Operations Manager of CHI Hospitality.

“The atmosphere gets even better once you try the tongue tingling bold flavours of our menu. Soho Bar & Grill is not just about food though, it’s a forward‐thinking lifestyle choice,” he added.
