Webjet launches Lots of Hotels in Middle East

Australia largest online travel agency Webjet has launched  Lots of Hotels, a business-to-business international hotel aggregation platform initially focusing on markets in the Middle East and Africa.

In a statement, the company said wholly-owned subsidiary headquartered in Dubai, Lots of Hotels, will initially launch in Dubai, Kuwait and Turkey, with plans to expand in up to nine additional markets by mid-year.

The new business is expected to breakeven within six months of launch, with the first full-year forecast to generate a TTV of approximately US $20 million.

Leveraging Webjet’s existing hotel aggregation model and leading technology, Lots of Hotels will offer the most extensive inventory in the region with over one million hotel rooms on sale world-wide, every night.

The new business will offer the best customer support in the region with their service centre in Dubai providing 24/7 customer support.

The business is headed by Ossama Wagdi who brings with him 30 years of experience in the Middle East markets.

Lots of Hotels sources content from multiple suppliers and via direct contracts with global hotel chains and independent properties, ensuring customers find the best year-round rates and availability when they want to travel, where they want to travel.
