The Ritz-Carlton, Riyadh launches Hong restaurant

The Ritz-Carlton, Riyadh has launched its sixth F&B venue, the Hong Asian fine-dining restaurant.

With seating for 60 diners, Hong aims to offer a contemporary take on traditional Chinese cuisine.

“It’s all about delivering an authentic flavour of the Orient from something as simple as a basket of steamed dumplings to our signature Kong Po Lobster dish or the pairing of Soft-Shell crab with Crispy Calamari. Hong elevates Chinese dining to an entirely new level,” said The Ritz-Carlton, Riyadh executive assistant manager food and beverage Mickael Chevalier.

Chef de Cuisine and Asian culinary specialist Danny Khoo Teng Jin has personally sourced a store cupboard of unique ingredients including lotus seed, sun-dried mandarin orange peel and special Chinese herbs, each of which will be used to provide unique flavours to every dish.
