Coffee Planet Food Service premiered at Gulfood

Coffee Planet, the UAE-based coffee company, has unveiled the new Coffee Planet Food Service that now offers hospitality customers a full beverage supply service as well as ongoing technical support.

The new coffee service management system will cover the supply of the company’s unique blend of coffee beans, the installation and maintenance of coffee machinery as well as ongoing staff training programmes.

“Coffee Planet’s Food Service customers now not only enjoy great quality coffee out of our own roastery, but also the supply of market leading machines backed up with full 24/7 service and maintenance support as well as extensive and ongoing staff training. We know the general manager of the hotels we work with have a level of quality that they want to achieve," said Coffee Planet managing director Roberts Jones.

Therefore if there’s a problem with a member of staff not serving the proper quality of coffee to their guests, with our hands on training and inspections we’ll be able to spot the problem and correct it before they have to,” he added.

Coffee Planet also used Gulfood 2013 to showcase its new range of UTZ-certified coffee that guarantees the beans have been produced using good agricultural practices and management as well as in safe and healthy working conditions.
