Hilton Worldwide has signed a management contract with Saudi Egyptian Real Estate Development for its sixth property in Cairo.
The 257-room Hilton Cairo Nile Maadi will be located in the upscale residential and diplomatic district of Maadi and enjoy direct access to the popular Corniche El Nile.
The 23-storey property, which is forecast to open early 2016, overlooks River Nile as well as Egypt's ancient heritage sites, museums and popular tourist attractions.

Designed to appeal to both the leisure and business traveller, Hilton Cairo Nile Maadi will feature a business centre, a 400 sq m function room, two boardrooms and three meeting rooms.
Leisure facilities will include a large health club and spa, an outdoor swimming pool, two restaurants, including speciality dining, a lobby lounge and an executive lounge.

Hilton's Egypt pipeline includes the 635-room Hilton Heliopolis; the 660-room Hilton Makadi Resort; the 390-room Hilton Giza Pyramids, the 158-room Hilton Alexandria Corniche and the 195-room Hilton King's Ranch Resort.
The group already operates hotels in Cairo, Alexandria, Hurghada, Sharm El Sheikh, Taba, Nuweiba, Marsa Alam and Luxor.
