Viceroy Hotel Group unveils travel website

Viceroy Hotel Group have created a direct link to travel consultants with the creation of a website that will feature news about Viceroy Hotel Group properties, corporate and hotel contact information, travel industry related special offers and the ability to make reservations.

Created by the travel industry sales team at Viceroy Hotel Group, the site will feature content created by Viceroy team members as well as recent press releases to educate travel professionals on all Viceroy news. Every article and post will also be tagged based its content which will allow travel partners to sort through information based on specific topics whether it is romance, beach hotels, spa offerings, or food and dining.

Viceroy Hotel Group vice president of travel industry sales Cheryl Bennett said: “We are thrilled to launch Viceroy Hotel Group’s new travel consultant website. This site allows us to seamlessly interact with our travel representatives as well as post the latest information about our properties in real time, which elevates our service-orientated approach to the next level.”

Phase I of the site launched on 15 April and included a blog-like functionality that allows agents to communicate together. Additional elements will be added to the site in the coming year which will include the ability to create custom agent profiles and fact sheets/flyers that can be forwarded direct to clients.
