Bahrain Family Leisure Company appoints new GM

Bahrain Family Leisure Company has appointed Peter Lyons as general manager of the group’s restaurant business.

In his new role, Lyons will be responsible for BFLC’s restaurants such as Bennigans, Cucina Italiana and Ponderosa Steakhouse, as well as the company's contract catering division.

Previously, Lyons held key positions in the UK and Middle East including regional general manager of Chiquitos; general manager of UK-based Latin American chain Las Iguanas; operations manager for Al Siddiqi Group’s F&B division; managing consultant for Chaophraya Group; and consultant for Greek restaurant, Papa G’s.
