The Courtyard by Marriott Hotel, Kuwait, is launching its World in a Week F&B theme which allows diners to sample a different global cuisine each day of the week.
Crafted by the hotel's international team of chefs at the buffet restaurant The Atrium, each signature dish represents a flavour from the Middle East, Europe and Asia that guests can look forward to from Sunday to Thursday between 7 pm and 11 pm.
Guests can enjoy an Asian experience of traditional flavours including Nasi Goreng, Malay Coconut Rice, Mongolian Barbeque Lamb and much more of Japanese, Chinese and Indian cuisines every Sunday.
On Mondays and Wednesdays, there is a display of fresh fish and dishes of the sea. A selection of authentic Arabic sweets and European delicacies are also available.
On Tuesdays and Thursday, the Mediterranean selection includes exotic platters, salads, soups, main courses served in unique Tajin bowls, live shawerma and a choice of pasta stations.
