Marjan Island Resort & Spa to open in 2013

InnovationZ Hospitality Group has announced its upcoming property, Marjan Island Resort & Spa, is set to open Q4 of 2013 in Ras Al Khaimah.

The property will feature 305 guest rooms, 155 vacation suites, and dining options including Italian, Lebanese and pan-Asian cuisine, and al fresco cafes. The resort’s amenities will also include a spa retreat floor, indoor game centres, four swimming pools with water activities and gardens on the property.

With state-of-the-art meeting facilities and a ballroom for events, the Marjan Island Resort & Spa also hopes to attract MICE groups once it opens.

“Our target is to build a regional niche market, associated with independent hotel investors, specialised in upscale resort and boutique spa hotels, and we are delighted to operate the first five-star resort in an environmentally-friendly location in Ras Al Khaimah, with quality oriented owners, dedicated to the development of the island,” says InnovationZ Hospitality Group’s CEO, Robert Zogbi.

Marjan Island Resort & Spa is owned by Sharjah-based Manazil Real Estate Group.
