Gloria Hotel Dubai first in UAE to use WebExpress

Gloria Hotel Dubai is the first hotel in the United Arab Emirates to use hospitality-specific website solution WebExpress by Sabre Hospitality Solutions. 

The four-star Gloria Hotel will have access to the end-to-end ecommerce platform that includes a complete website, booking engine and search engine optimisation (SEO) solution bundle.

The increase of direct online conversions and a growing occupancy rate of the 1,010 Gloria Hotel Dubai suites and apartments driven by digital marketing and online bookings are at the centre of the agreement, the companies said.

Gloria Hotel Dubai general manager Freddy Farid said holiday makers and business travellers were increasingly booking their holidays online.

“Doing so directly at the Gloria Hotel Dubai website we enable them greater flexibility and understanding of everything the hotel has to offer, while our business benefits from the direct customer booking relationship,” he asserted.
