New EAM of F&B at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray

Jumeirah Zabeel Saray has appointed Dirk Bansemer as the new executive assistant manager of food and beverage.

In his new role, Bansemer will oversee the service and production of the hotel’s 10 restaurant and nightlife venues, and support the team to drive the development of the F&B venues.

The German native has more than 28 years’ international experience that spans the strategic, financial and marketing elements of food and beverage operations where he has headed the F&B departments of hotels in Germany, Japan, China, Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

Prior to his appointment at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray, Bansemer was the director of food and beverage at two Rosewood properties – the Al Faisaliah Hotel and the Al Khozama Hotel – in Saudi Arabia.
