Meat & Livestock Australia has signed up as meat sponsor of the fifth Cater Middle East Awards, which will be held on June 12, 2013.
The Caterer Awards will recognise the hard work and dedication of a variety of F&B professionals, outlets and companies across the region at a glittering ceremony at the Ritz Carlton DIFC.
Commenting on MLA’s association with the awards, regional manager – Middle East North Africa, Jamie Ferguson said: “Australia exports to over 100 countries and none are more important than the UAE when it comes to the growth in imports of Australian beef, veal, lamb and goat.
"We at MLA believe excellence should be recognised and rewarded and so it was a simple decision to support the 2013 Caterer Awards.”
“The Caterer Awards is an opportunity for Meat and Livestock Australia to thank all of the loyal chefs, restaurant staff and management for their ongoing support for high quality Australian red meat,” he added.
MLA is the marketing and research service company for Australia’s cattle, sheep and goat producers. It works to develop brand recognition for Australian red meat in export markets, and to position its products as high quality, premium products that offer enhanced customer enjoyment.
With just over a week to go before the awards ceremony, tables are selling fast and the team at Caterer Middle East is urging people to book their seats as soon as possible.
