What attracted you to the position of bar manager at 360°?
Working with a reputable brand such as Jumeirah Beach Hotel and managing the newly refurbished 360° is what attracted me to the position. Club managers always aim to work with the very best and this is highlighted by the recent award that 360° received during the Time Out Nightlife awards for Best Club.
What knowledge do you bring to the role?
My international experience with club and bar management as well as my experience with Dubai’s leading clubs are some of the important skills I brought with me when I joined 360°. Also my positive attitude, energy and professionalism.
What are you most looking forward to as part of this new role?
One of my aims is to highlight the incredible lounge area we have in 360° to match the popularity of our rooftop club area. Also, one of my personal goals is to learn more about the hospitality industry since my past experience was limited only to club management.

How do you intend to make the bar area more profitable?
Hiring and developing experienced mixologists for the bar and also developing the cocktail menus by incorporating more luxury brands in the drinks.
What is your favourite thing about 360°?
The vibe that 360° brings, watching the evenings turn to life every night is just amazing. It is a great place with stunning views of the Burj Al Arab and of course working with my wonderful team and executive managers is what makes me proud of working at 360°.
Are there any exciting changes that you will be making to the bar that you can tell us about?
Since the launch of the new indoor lounge of 360°, we are very excited that we will be open all through the year. For the first time this summer, 360° will be operating as normal. The indoor lounge will be open for our guests and we will be offering exciting DJ line-ups and events. We are also working on launching the new cocktails menu that will be ready for the next season this October.
