Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates has appointed Konstantin Zeuke as the property’s new general manager.

Konstantin takes over from Alejandro Bernabe who is joining the Siam Kempinski Hotel in Bangkok as its general manager.

Zeuke spent the early years of his career with Hilton and Marriott in Germany and joined Kempinski in 1998 as assistant front office manager at the Kempinski Vier Jahrezeiten in Munich, Germany.

Prior to moving to Slovakia in November 2007, Zeuke held his first position as GM and successfully opened the Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko, which became the first Leading Hotel of the World in Bulgaria.

In 2009, he was in charge with opening the group’s first luxury five-star hotel in Slovakia, and in June 2010 successfully opened another Kempinski hotel in the capital of the Slovak republic, the Kempinski Hotel River Park Bratislava.

A graduate from Reims Management School in France, Zeuke holds a European Executive Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Administration from the Hotel Business Vocational School in Hanover, Germany.

A German national, Konstantin is fluent in English and also speaks basic Italian and Bulgarian in addition to German.
