An organic brasserie specialising in locally-sourced organic produce has opened in Dubai’s Emaar Square.

With a menu boasting Wagyu beef burgers, rice cracker-crusted calamari and ‘old style truffle mac & cheese’, Ultra Brasserie will offer creative, healthy meals to dine-in or take-out throughout the working day.

Head Chef Emily Herbert said: “The Ultra brasserie team has one strong belief; a chef is only as good the ingredients. That’s why we go out of our way to use organic, sustainable local produce in all of our dishes.”

The new brasserie is open from 7am for guests to enjoy a range of breakfast items before work including homemade granola, berry pancakes and eggs benedict.

“Part of our philosophy is ‘Feeding all your senses’ so I have created an extensive menu of delicious and healthy recipes to take you on a culinary journey – all in your lunch hour,” added Emily.

The brasserie has been designed with the needs of the local business workers needs in mind – as an escape from the office, with a contemporary feel – overlooking a peaceful garden area where guests can dine outside.

Ultra brasserie is also offering a delivery service.
