Crowne Plaza Jordan becomes HABC training centre

Crowne Plaza Jordan Dead Sea Resort & Spa is now accredited as a training centre for the Highfield Awarding Body for Compliance (HABC) UK.

The resort can now provide training programs for the HABC level 1 and level 2 award for food safety in catering, HABC level 3 award for supervising food safety in catering, level 2 award for HACCP for catering, and level 3 award for effective auditing and inspection skills.

The hotel is also the first IHG property in Jordan and Palestine and the first hotel in the Dead Sea area to be certified ISO 22000: 2005 for food safety.
