Ramada Hotels & Suites Ajman has promoted Mazen Khadour to executive chef and Faheem Yousaf to environment manager.
Mazen Khadour, who has more than 11 years’ hospitality experience and specialises in food production and restaurant operations, joined the property in 2011 as banquet sous chef.
In his new role, Khadour will oversee all kitchen operations including the all day dining restaurant, Orchid, and R Cafe, in addition to room service and special events.
Faheem Yousaf, who was previously chief steward at the property, was promoted to environment manager owing to his keen interest in the hotel’s Zero Landfill project.
As the environment manager, Yousaf will coordinate all aspects of the project including resource use, risk assessment, and employee involvement for the hotel’s environmental initiatives.
