Hilton Dubai Jumeirah opens bar on 35th floor
The Hilton Dubai Jumeirah has added another venue to its F&B portfolio with the opening of the Pure Sky Lounge located on the 35th floor and offering panoramic views of the Dubai coastline.
An opern-air BBQ is one of its offerings with the menu created by chef Matiyas Ayala.
Matiyas said: "Seafood-inspired, with vegetarian options, the menu is a fresh complement to Pure Sky Lounge’s bright surroundings. Set above The Walk, Pure Sky Lounge is an elegant sea-facing retreat where guests can enjoy our newly designed menu."
Food and drink promotions are on offer throughout the weekend and guests are invited to enjoy a daily happy hour to Pure Sounds from 5pm till 7pm. Ladies can relax mid-week with two free drinks every Tuesday and "buy one, get one free" on selected beverages.
Starting from September 6, 2013, the venue will also offer a sunset brunch with sharing starters, meats from the grill and decadent desserts with selected house-pouring beverages.
The lounge has a resident DJ, DJ Lewis, who plays house tunes in the early evening, with commercial tracks later on.
